Fantastic event with excellent, super friendly marshals. The weather was terrible but everyone was so supportive. Good communication about local road closures which made it really easy to plan the journey to the run. Maverick are great races for canicross runners too, my dog struggles in crowds but we can always hang back and the parking is close to the start so I can go and get race number and leave the dogs chilling in the van. I love that they get their own medals and goody bags too!Maverick race photos are always the best as well! Thank you for a fantastic event.

Love these events, great fun and easy to do with my kids who are budding trail runners. They especially love enjoying the fires and atmosphere before and after. Maybe less rain next time!

This was my first Maverick event and definitely not my last!! I'm fairly new to trail runner and have certainly never done one in the dark!! That combined with the rain, the mud, the laughs, the fabulous pizza and great atmosphere made it truly unforgettable... pure escapism.... Thankyou. FAB-U-LOUS!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
