To celebrate the occasion, we’re heavily subsidising entry to just £15 and calling on all runners to raise at least £35 to support TRIBE Freedom Foundation; to empower the survivors of modern slavery. Our goal is to raise £20,000 to fight modern slavery and support the survivors.
In return, TRIBE will support you with an awesome TRIBE Freedom Foundation fundraising package, with bonus rewards as you hit key milestones such as Tribe fuel bars and a TRIBE t-shirt.

The Maverick community is super friendly. The course was beautiful. Stations well stocked up. And marshals smiley and up beat. Great event!

I loved it! Although I suffered a personal injury that made it a very tough race for me, it was still such an incredible thing to put myself through and I'm proud for still completing the ultramarathon! The one thing I would say is that it would have been great to have mile or km distance markers to help runners with info of how much longer they had to go, especially in the final stages as it would have really been the encouragement that we needed for that final push. I also think on the ultra course it would have been great to have seen a marker to highlight when you passed a marathon distance so that you could have a little celebration of the achievement and give extra motivation to keep going.

I love Maverick races, thisis my third and they are always well organised, fun, great routes, friendly marshalls... My only comment would be that the event village was mostly gone by the time I finished the ultra, but maybe I just need to run quicker!! ;)

The course was very very challenging. Some gruesome climbs! We’ll set up event and the aid stations were fantastic. I did the ultra and each of the 4 stations was fantastic

I loved the course and the event in general. However, my running partner and I got lost as we followed some runners who had the GPS on. As all the signs are the same, it is impossible to be certain which course you are on. We ran the ultra but had to work out a route to ensure we did the miles. If say the ultra had red flags to contrast the blue for the half then GPS wouldn’t be needed.

Great event, really good atmosphere and facilities. Unfortunately one part of the course had seemingly had signs removed so most people on the short course got slightly lost. I would also say that setting everyone off at the same time but staggered by distance didn't really work - the faster short course runners ended up getting mixed up with everyone in front which was probably a bit frustrating for everyone. Would recommend planning specific start slots, particularly for the ultra race, in future?

Ended up being slightly over 22km (according to my Apple Watch and my friends farm in) which was the only negative as was tough at the end not knowing how far was left. Otherwise it was amazing - will be doing more events

Had a great time. My only suggestion would be to have more indicators of distance ran on the course. It's difficult when there are different distances running but I'd imagine it would be easy enough to install on the final stretch when courses merge. Thanks
