What is Blast Running? ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
They are a running community based in Edinburgh which brings runners together for timed events and once a month they host a 5 / 10k event at the Gypsy Brae Recreation Ground.
Refreshments
They offer complimentary water, hot drinks plus Cadbury's Heroes to all their finishers. ​​​​​​​

First 5 km will do it again
Really enjoyable, everyone was super friendly, and it was well organised and supported - only downside was the 10k course was just two laps, rather than a loop on its own.

Very well organised event by Blast Running. I love their events. The Marshalls are great and very encouraging and Cat is a fab hostess. Looking forward to the next Blast event
Even though it is a dead flat course, it isn't boring. Lots to see on the sea (Forth). As expected very well organised and friendly marshals. Enough competitors to always have somebody to chase.
