This completely free event is the first run by The Woodland Trust in association with the Fix Events. Bring family and friends and enjoy something a little different this autumn.
Colour stations will be situated at the start and finish of the event, as well as around the course, so be prepared to get colourful.
Please note the event is not a race, but a fun run, and therefore will not be timed.

How to get there

Park at the main car park in Shipley Country Park, this is pay and display and stewards will be there to guide you to the registration point.
Please note parking is pay and display, costs are £3 for 4 hours or £4.80 for all day. Card payment is required.

Entrants are encouraged to arrive at 10 am to collect their race pack. Race information will be sent by email to entrants including race numbers.

Fix Events have over a decades worth of experience within the endurance events space, and organise over 70 events per year, varying from running to triathlons to charity events. Their events are well-known for their friendly atmosphere, which makes them great for participants of all abilities and they’re also hosted throughout all of the UK’s major cities - making them easily accessible to everyone. On top of their staple events calendar, the Fix have partnered with charities such as the Movember Foundation, where they delivered over 20 MoRuns throughout the month to thousands of runners.

Headphones are allowed but please ensure you can hear those around you.
Can I run with a buggy at the Mead Fest Colour Run?
Off-road buggies are permitted at the event as the event is mainly gravel paths.
Can children take part in the Mead Fest Colour Run?
Children of all ages are allowed to take part in the events, but children remain the responsibility of their parent/guardian.
