Every time a team member sustains an immobilising injury, 1 member must stay with the casualty and the remaining 2 must make contact with stewards at the nearest checkpoint.
Please follow the countryside code, this is largely common sense based. If your team damages a fence, please let the event organisers know. Please also use your common sense with farm gates.
