Route information
Sprint: 5k run / 20k Bike / 3.3k Run
GoTri: 2.5k Run / 15k Bike / 2.2k Run
The race will start with a 2 lap 5k run around the outside of the circuit and is all on hard standing. Please keep to the inside at all times. This is then followed by 8 laps on the cycle track. Please take care if you are a faster runner as when you start the bike there will still be runners on the track. You then finish with a final 3 lap 3.6k run. This is 3 laps around the floodlight part of the track. The GoTri will be 1 lap / 6 laps / 2 laps.

Track Practice
You will have the opportunity to practice on the track before the race - get there early if you wish to do so.
Helmets
You are required to wear helmets while cycling.
Lap Count
You will be required to keep track of your own laps while on the bike track. It is easy to keep count if you have a speedo. If you don’t have one just time your first lap, then keep adding that time to each lap. You will get a bit slower but you should still be able to work it out.
Facilities
There is parking, toilets and a coffee shop on site.
Midweek League
There will be a midweek league running throughout the league - best 3 races count!

Yes, you must wear a helmet while cycling at the Cyclopark.
