What’s Included

Minimum Age for Registration: 16 Years on race day.

The Registration Desk is upstairs in the Pavilion. There will be no need to register if you have entered by post and already have a number for the Grand-Prix Series. There will be three queues: Pre-entries who wish to collect their number; Entries on the night who have a Grand-Prix number; Entries on the night who have not previously run in the Grand-Prix Series.

Raceday Logistics

Start/Finish: The race starts at 7.45pm. The start is in the Woughton Playing Fields about 800m from the Pavilion. The Finish is outside the Pavilion.

  • Changing: Covered changing facilities are available in the pavilion and showers are provided.
  • Toilets: Several toilet blocks are available both upstairs and downstairs in the pavilion.
  • Refreshments: Post-race refreshments will be available in the Pavilion.
  • Presentation: Prizes for the race and for the whole series will be presented in the Pavilion, starting at 9pm. The licensed bar will be open.
  • Results: Results will be available for inspection in the Pavilion, after the presentation. Results will be posted on these web pages, hopefully, within 24 hours of the race.

The Club competes in the South of England and is located in the South East Region The Club exists to provide members with Track and Field, Road, X-Country and Fell-race competition, recreation, advice and assistance by qualified coaches, league competition for all age groups, (Men and women from age 9 upwards) &, most important of all, good fun.
