Route information
Embrace the fantastic scenery of Margam Park in this stunning adventure race. First, you will run 3k on a predominantly flat course - perfect to get some speed up. Second, entrants will then kayak 1k circling the outlined buoys in the lake. Then you will move onto the cycling phases which will take you along a 10k, slightly technical route, with some nice downhills to assist you. This route will be fully signposted. Finally, after the bike ride, you will then take on an orienteering phase where you will have to navigate your team to all the checkpoints over a 2k course.

Please park in the visitor's car park at the main entrance to Margam Park.
Event day logistics
10:00 Staggered starts begin
Please make sure to arrive in plenty of time to set up and get prepared for the race.
Age Requirements
Teams can be set out as follows
- Family Team: 2-4 participants with at least one junior under 10 years of age and one adult
- Family Team: 2-4 participants with at least one junior 10 years of age or older and one adult
- Team: 2-4 participants over 18 years of age
- Club team: 2-4 participants over 15 years of age (this entry is for Scouts, Duke of Edinburgh and other youth clubs
Kayaks
Kayak hire is included in the entrant's entry fee.
Catering
There will be hot and cold snacks available to purchase.
Bike Hire
If you do not have a bike you can hire one from the Margam Park Adventure base which is about 100 metres away from the race centre. Please contact them directly to arrange the hire of a bike.
