Monster Run route
The Monster Triathlon concludes with an 50k ultra-marathon along the banks of the Thames and the route utilises much of the Thames Path as it winds its way towards the finish venue in Richmond.
This is an ideal opportunity for those in and around London to take part in an ultramarathon, and the event counts for UTMB qualifying points.

What safety measures are there for the event?
The Event Team includes medics, who are on hand to help you with scrapes and bruises of all sizes. They also know all the nearest hospitals all along the route.
Before you set off on each day the event, you will be given a briefing – to make sure you enjoy a healthy and safe day.
How old do I have to be to take part?
This event is only open to people over the age of 18.
What information will we get about taking part?
You will receive a welcome email covering travel, what to bring, maps, directions and so on before the event.
