Route information
**Duathlon
**This popular Duathlon is well on its way to becoming to largest off-road event of its kind in East England and is set to be an epic race once again.
The course will consist of a 5.8KM trail running route; this can be done individually or as part of a two person relay.
The running will be split by an epic 20.5KM off road cycle through the best tracks that High Lodge Trails have on offer. A mountain bike is required.
**Trail Running 5K/10K/15K
**The trail running event will be a looped course through the surrounding woodland area, across dirty tracks and over tree trunks. Weather dependent there is a considerable chance that the course will be muddy.
5K athletes will complete the course once, 10K twice, and 15K three times.
**Canicross 5K/10K/15K
**The Cani trail will follow the same route as the above, however it will start slightly after ay 1110. Equipment can be hired - for a £20 deposit - and for those that have never run with a dog before, a useful link can be found here: http://www.gobeyondsport.co.uk/downloads/Cani\_Rules\_2020.pdf

Spectators are more than welcome to relax and enjoy all the facilities that High Lodge has on offer, while supporting athletes at the start and the finish line.
Afterwards, unwind in the Lodge's cafe and congratulate those who participated.
