Route information
This event is perfect for everyone either just starting out in triathlon or wanting to get a new PB in an event. Begin in the indoor heated pool for either 8, 16 or 32 lengths before securely transitioning to the bike. On the bike you will cycle through the beautiful city of Newport on the super flat road, before finishing the race by running on another flat and tarmac route. The flat nature of the road run and cycle should encourage beginners as it will make all aspects of the triathlon a little bit easier.
