A monthly time trial race held every month usually on the first Saturday. Race HQ is the Cricket Pavilion, Queen's Park, entrance on Boythorpe Avenue. Changing, showers, refreshments available. This is an accurate 5k course officially measured by a UKA/ARC course measurer.

What's included
There will be prizes awarded in various age categories based on the quickest time from all races completed. Runners must complete a minimum of 6 out of the 12 races to qualify. A commemorative t-shirt will be presented after the final race in December to all runners who complete 6 or more 5km races.

Registration is from 8.30am with race start at 9.30am, minimum age is 11 years. Entry fees are £3 for affiliated club members; non club runners £5 for the first race then £3 for any further races entered in the same year.
