A monthly time trial race held every month usually on the first Saturday. Race HQ is the Cricket Pavilion, Queen's Park, entrance on Boythorpe Avenue. Changing, showers, refreshments available. This is an accurate 5k course officially measured by a UKA/ARC course measurer.

    I am not one for just doing regular park races. I am more interested in off road 10k Fell races and even longer distance up to 10 miles and additionally will be challenged this year doing my first Half Trail Marathon. However started my first race in January No Walk in the Park and seem to be addicted every month and have improved on my time. I am interested in keeping them going I think the raceis well organised, very friendly and nice one to do on a regular basis. I recommend definitely taking part I always feel much better in myself and ready for the weekend.
