Beginning at St Bees on the west coast, the route crosses the north of England through three National Parks finishing in Robin Hood’s Bay on the east coast. Taking in iconic mountains, valleys, moors and over 16,000 feet of ascent, the Northern Traverse is one of the most spectacular ultra races in the world.

Registration for both the Lakes Traverse and Northern Traverse will be on Saturday morning 18th April 7am to 8am in the sports hall at St Bees School
There will be a short race briefing for both events at 8.00am in the sports hall at St Bees School
Race Start for the Northern Traverse is at 9.00am prompt

Lakes Traverse – You must have left the feed stations by the following times:

Rosthwaite (Saturday 10pm)
Patterdale (Sunday 5am)
Shap (Sunday 2pm)
