This annual community event is a vitally important fundraiser for the NSPCC charity. This is a fast and flat course, making it ideal for runners looking for a personal best time.
The picturesque route takes runners on a single-lap course that includes the beautiful Grand Union Canal and the scenic Willen Lake. Runners can expect plenty of long, flat stretches throughout the race combined with beautiful views and spectacular scenery.

By Train and Bus
Milton Keynes Central is the closest train station to the start location, situated 2.4 miles away. Those travelling by train may wish to use this distance to warm up for the event. Alternatively, ride the number 7 bus (towards Wolverton), alighting at Westhill. The start is a 10 minute walk from there.

Age Restrictions
All entrants must be aged 17 and over in order to enter this event.
Cut-off Time
There is a strict cut-off time of 3 hours 30 minutes, meaning all runners must cross the finish line by 12:30pm.

The support from fundraisers like you will make sure that NSPCC can continue to be there for children. With fundraising they can continue to run vital services such as Childline which has seen an increase of calls from children and young people during the pandemic.

Exclusive Fundraiser Entry
This entry requires the participate to raise £150 for the NSPCC. Fundraiser runners will receive a free running vest and will pick up the exclusive Fundraiser Medal at the finish.

An iTab is a personalised (name and race time) magnetic tab that sticks to your finisher's medal. If you wish to purchase one, select the appropriate ticket at the checkout for an additional cost of £8.99. Please note you must book before the 27th May in order to purchase the iTab.
Water Stations
Water will be available at approx miles 3, 7, and 10 miles and again at the finish.
Refreshments
There will be a coffee van outside the Race HQ selling hot drinks and snacks.

Spectators are very welcome but are reminded to stand clear of the route at all times.

Can I wear headphones during the NSPCC Milton Keynes Half Marathon?
Only the use of bone conductor headphones is allowed. No other types of headphones/earphones are permitted. Anyone seen wearing headphones/earphones (excluding bone conductor headphones) will be disqualified from the race.
