Route description

The 56 mile course is quoted as one of the hardest Sportive courses around with repetitive short steep climbs and is on mostly quiet single track roads in the heart of Argyll.

The 87 mile long course is around Scotland's longest Loch, Loch Awe and passes under the shadow of Ben Cruchan, the "Hollow Mountain". Both are A Wild Argyll Challenge!

We also have the Oban Cycles Gravel Stage, a combined road ad gravel stage based around our 54 mile course. We have added two gravel " Special Stages" running along the side of Loch Avich and over towards the Kilcreanan road following The Gravel Forest roads. These were brought to you with the help of Mark from www.obancyclescotland.com. The local go to man for Gravel bikes and routes galore!
