How Does It Work:
This event is completely virtual and completely up to you. Whether you run a 10k in your neighbourhood or walk around your kitchen, get your body moving for 1 hour in support of One Run Global.
Join people from 195 countries in this awesome hour of fun and movement. It doesn't matter what age, ability, or gender you are, this is something for the whole family.
Participants will run, walk, or move their bodies for 1 hour between 7pm and 8pm (your local time) from wherever they are.

Do I have to run for the whole hour?
Participants can choose to run/walk/etc for as long as they'd like! The most important thing is that you take part.
What if I'm in a lockdown?
That's ok, just do what you can. Whether that means running up and down your stairs or circling your dining table, any movement is good movement.
When do I get my medal?
Your medal will be posted to you 8 weeks after the event.
