One Run to Rule Them All is a great way to ring in the spring training season. An event for everyone from seasoned trailblazers to absolute beginners, participants will have 7 hours to complete as many laps of the 5.3km out-and-back course along the Thames as they wish & earn the awesome medal.

Here's what races are available for One Run to Rule Them All
This is a running event for absolutely all abilities where you choose - from 5km to 10k, half to marathon to ultra, you can complete as many, or as few, laps as you like of a 5.3km, 3.28 mile, out and back, course along the beautiful river Thames. We welcome all abilities of runner - complete one lap and you're both a finisher and a winner in our eyes, or keep going and see how far you can get in the full 7 hour time limit and everyone gets the fabulous bespoke finishers' medal.

As an event organiser, Phoenix Running offers it all. From entry-level 5km events all the way to 50km ultramarathons, Phoenix Running’s events are as inclusive as they come. Phoenix Running founders Louise and Rik are avid runners themselves and have completed a number of impressive feats - North Pole Marathon and Great Wall of China Race to name a couple. Now they impart their vast wealth of experience and burning passion for endurance sports onto their epic events. Phoenix Running operates out of Surrey, with their majority of events taking place in and around Walton-on-Thames - just south-west of London.
Spectators should come to the start/finish area to cheer on their runners. Since it is a lapped course, this is a great spot to watch your runners as they speed past you.
What refreshments will be served at the aid station in the One Run to Rule Them All?
There will be water and a collection of various squash flavours for hydration. There will also be a selection of savoury and sweet goodies to keep you fuelled throughout the run.
Will all finishers of the One Run to Rule Them All receive a finisher's medal regardless of the distance they run?
Yes, all runners will receive a medal whether you run 5k or 50k.
Are walkers allowed in the One Run to Rule Them All?
Yes, this event is designed for runners of all abilities to take part. The time limit allows for as much or as little running as you wish (minimum 5K), and the flat course is perfect for walkers or new runners.
