The Sprint Distance race will be draft legal, and will utilise the International Circuit which is 4.3k in distance. The route will be undulating and completely on the roads. This event is perfect for beginners.

The Standard Distance race is not draft-legal meaning you must keep 12 metres away from other participants. Keep left whilst you race and when you are overtaken you must drop out of the overtaking cyclist's draft zone. This race will follow the International circuit which is comprised of undulating 4.3k loops. This event is also a British Championship qualifier.

The Middle Distance race is also non-draft legal meaning you must keep 12 metres away from other participants. Keep left whilst you race and when you are overtaken you must drop out of the overtaking cyclist's draft zone. The course will begin with 4 laps of Foster's Circuit before using the international circuit for the cycle and the run. This course will be undulating offering lots climbs but also sweeping descents for all to regain their speed.

Registration
Race numbers must be collected from at the Chequers Restaurant, make sure to bring a form of ID or your BTF card.
Age Requirements
- Sprint Distance: Entrants must be 15 years of age or older to participate
- Middle Distance: Entrants must be 16 years of age or older to participate
- Standard Distance: Entrants must be 17 years of age or older to participate
2024 World Championship Sprint Distance Qualifier
Failure to have the following may result in you not being eligible to qualify for a British Championship medal.
- You must hold a race licence validated no later than 5pm 3 working days before the race championship.
- You must also have a valid British Triathlon Home Nation licence

Bag drop
There will be a bag drop available for all participants to make use of.
Event Rules
- Drafting: The standard races are non-drafting. You may draft in the Sprint race.
- Helmets: Helmets must meet the minimum standard of ANSI Z90, SNELL, B90, EN1078 or equivalent.
- Outside Assistance: Athletes must not receive assistance from anyone who is not a part of the event team.
- Transition Area: Rigid boxes are not allowed in the transition area. you must not mark your space or put your equipment where it may block other athletes. When leaving the transition do not ride your bike until you reach the mount line. When returning to the transition area you must also dismount your bike at the dismount line and walk your bike back to its rack.
- Litter: This event has a no-litter policy. Please dispose of litter in a bin.
- Race Numbers: You must wear your race number on your rear during the bike and on your front during the run section.
- Unsportsmanlike conduct: Please be respectful to all race officials, competitors, volunteers, and spectators.
- Course: You must follow the course at all times.
- Banned and Illegal Equipment: Mobile phones and MP3 players are prohibited during the race. Using headphones will lead to instant disqualification.
- Nudity: Any racers who are publicly nude at any point may be disqualified. This includes being topless during the bike or the run.
- Barefoot running: Shoes must be worn whilst running.
Spectator Info
Spectators are welcome at Oulton Park and there is plenty of viewing points around the pits and also on the hill. All supporters are welcome.
