Route information
This duathlon takes advantage of racing around the smooth, fast tarmac of Oulton Park motor racing track, with plenty of vantage points where friends and family can view your performance and cheer you on!
The Run
Keep to the right as you take on the track, covering the full 4.3km loop of the track and ensuring you keep plenty in the legs for the uphill drag about 20 minutes in and the fast paced run into transition.
The Bike
Depending on whether you are racing sprint or standard you will get to love this circuit very quickly! Amazing wide tarmac and smooth bends but beware it really isn't flat so pace your effort.
The Row
Don't Like Running enough to do two runs? Try the first segment using a static rowing ergometer.
