Route information
Outlaw and Huub have teamed up to offer the perfect way to prepare for your race. Join us for a two course dinner, cooked by our renowned Outlaw chef Mark and his team and served in the stunning Lady Elizabeth Wing at Holkham Hall. After dinner, settle back and get into the race mood with a panel talk hosted by Huub with stars from the world of triathlon including India Lee, Sam Proctor and Tim Don. Children's tickets are available too, so you can bring the family and enjoy the evening together.
This event is part of the Outlaw Half Holkham Weekend - take the opportunity to stay and get involved:
- On site camping within the beautiful grounds of Holkham Hall, a short distance from the beach and Wells Next the Sea
- Participate in the Holkham 10k on Saturday or the Outlaw Holkham Half triathlon on Sunday
- Get the whole family involved and take part in the Future Outlaw running event on Saturday
- Soak up the Race Village atmosphere, cheer on the athletes or be part of our volunteer team
What's included
Enjoy a 2 course dinner (Starters & main for adults, main & dessert for children) which will be followed by a panel talk with some star guests from the world of triathlon. If you have raced with us before, you'll know how great Mark's food is. Our pre race menu options are:
Starters:
- Chilled watermelon & feta salad with sunflower seeds & fresh mint
- Beef ragu arancini ball with Parmesan & fresh herbs
- Hot Kiln smoked salmon cocktail with buttered sourdough triangles
Mains:
- Teriyaki salmon with charred broccoli and sesame egg noodles
- Grilled smoked paprika chicken skewer with steamed brown rice, flaked almonds, macerated golden raisin & pomegranate.
- Roasted sweet potato and portobello mushroom, pecorino cheese, warm olives, wild mushroom powder, roquette & a crunchy basil sourdough crumb
Erdinger and soft drinks are also included.
The childrens menu options are served with chips, beans, veggies or salad - they can choose from:
- Chicken Strips
- Fish Goujons
- Margherita Pizza
Childrens desserts include chocolate brownies, fruit salad and S'mores and chocolate sauces

Seating: Tables will seat multiple guests - please indicate if you are part of a Club or Group (ensure you all use the same name when buying your tickets) and we will do our best to ensure you are seated together. Smaller parties will share tables with other Outlaws.
