Outlaw X Triathlon
Swim: Single lap lake swim

Start the event right with a 1.2 mile swim in the unspoilt, private lake within Thoresby Park grounds. Individual time trial starts will take place from the pontoon before swimming 1.2 miles in a single loop. The single-loop bike ride takes entrants through stunning Nottinghamshire countryside, including Walesby Forest and Clumber Park.
The highest point of the course comes at mile 51 with approximately 2000ft of climbing. The rest of the route is host to a few climbs followed by plenty of long, fast sections.
Finally, it's onto the run section of the event, with 3 loops of the mixed terrain course. Undulating in a few sections but with plenty of stunning views of Thoresby Hall, the course meanders into some private woodlands before heading to the finish line for that photo finish.

On-site parking is available for pre-purchase - £8.50 for a weekend pass or £5 for Saturday only. Parking will also be available to buy on the day, additional charges may apply.
Camping
Onsite Camping will be available and can be booked as part of your Entry. Please note that camping is available on Saturday and Sunday only.

Race Packs
- Outlaw X Triathlon: Race Packs must be collected from Registration prior to racking bikes on Saturday. Race packs will include race numbers, a security wristband, stickers, timing chips and a swim cap
- Future Outlaw 1.2mi & 2.4mi: All Future Outlaw participants must collect their race packs from Registration on the day of the race.
Please bring a Photo ID when collecting Race Packs.
Age requirements
- Outlaw X Triathlon: Participants must be 18 years old by 31st December 2023
- Future Outlaw 1.2 miles: 4-14 years old by event day
- Future Outlaw 2.4 miles: 8-15 years old by event day
Triathlon Bike Racking
All Triathlon participants must register and rack their bike on Saturday - there is no option to rack on the morning of the race. You must bring photo ID with you when collecting your pack.
Cut-off times
- Swim: 1 hour 10 minutes after your wave start, with a further 10 minutes allowed to reach bike mount
- Bike: 5 hours 20 minutes after your wave start
- Run: 9 hours after your wave start
If you miss the cut-off time, you will not be allowed to continue with the triathlon.
Race Insurance
BTF is the British Triathlon Federation and they require Triathlon participants to be insured when participating in permitted events. If you already have BTF membership and race licence, just enter your affiliation number at the checkout. Alternatively, you can purchase a day licence for £6, payable at the checkout.
Feed stations
Drink or feed stations will be available at all events (except Future Outlaw Mini).
Spectator Info
On race day there will be a great atmosphere with plenty of places to cheer during the race, including at the finish line. Each triathlete will have a live tracker so family and friends can track their progress. The Thoresby Estate has plenty of space for visitors to enjoy. The Event Village will have plenty of options for eating and a range of exhibitors. Dogs on lead are welcome on site.

When should | arrive at the Outlaw X Thoresby Park Weekend?
All participants are invited to enjoy the full weekend of activities. Entrants for the triathlon must register and rack their bike a day early on the Saturday. If you are racing in one of the Saturday events, please allow yourself plenty of time to arrive, collect your race pack and prepare for your event.
