Route information
At this event, there is a 1 mile route set up (as flat as possible) and then each hour, at the same time each hour, you run 1 mile and then repeat 12/24 times across the 12/24 hours. Simple!

Age Requirements
All runners must be aged 18 or older to take part in this event.
Medals
All finishers will get a legendary 12mm thick, half kilo, P24 medal for all those who complete the 24 hours.
Facilities
24 hour access to toilets and showers. During the day there will be a cafe with plenty of hot food and drinks.
