Panda Bear Challenge route

This unique 6 hour timed event allows the runner to call the shots on how many laps of this 3.3 mile course they wish to complete during the time limit. With a relatively flat course that has just a few small rises, it is the perfect course to challenge yourself to complete as many miles as possible, potentially even cracking 50+ miles.

The terrain is crushed stone and a very small section of single track, however it is a very runnable course, and runners will enjoy scenic views of Ryton Wood, one of Warwickshire's largest remaining semi-natural ancient woodlands.

Completing a marathon will be 8 laps of the course, while a half marathon will be 4 laps.

Big Bear Events are ranked #3 in the UK out of 241 organizers

The majority of our events are challenge events - multi-lap races with a time limit rather than a set distance. This means people can run all different distances on the same day, making for a great atmosphere. Lapped events can get some negative feedback but our laps are around beautiful locations. We avoid out and back laps and coming back to the wonderful aid station (full of your requests) can be a good motivator. Whether it's your A race, you need to do some long training runs, you have a 100-mile ultra in a few weeks or you want to hammer out a quick 10k, our races allow everyone to get involved together. We’re also expanding our mid-week evening 10K series too. Keep an eye out for updates on these as we are continually adding more. Expect the same care and attention and in the same great locations!
