Par Duathlon: The Hare routes

Kick off the Cornish Tri Series in style whether you are a hare or a tortoise in this Duathlon event held along the beautiful Par Beach. Participants will be rewarded with panoramic coastal views as they speed along the smooth, closed-road circuits.

The running route will begin in the Par Sands Holiday Park, and will be a 2.75km loop on coastal trails, with a significant portion run right on the ocean. Up next is the bike, which is a smooth 5km (mostly traffic-free). Those completing the Little Hare will complete 2 laps of the bike circuit, and the Big Hare will complete 4 before getting back on your feet for the final run.

With events for ages 5 years and above, and a spectator friendly course, this is an awesome event for the whole family to come out and give aspiring duathletes a reason to return to the sport.
