Route information
This out and back route along paved pathways is the perfect event to get outside in support of a great cause. The annual event hosted by the Paul Lavelle Foundation is set up to raise awareness towards Domestic Abuse, and encourages physical activity in support of the mental health benefits.
The course is fast and flat, and with official chip-timing, it's a great course to set your sights on a new PB.
There will be a Golden Mile Run for children, so bring the whole family down for a morning of fitness fun in support of a fantastic cause.

08:00 - 09:30: Registration open at the Hoylake Community Centre
09:15: Golden Mile Run for children
10:00: 5K & 10K start
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before race time to ensure plenty of time for registration

The route is out and back, and provides ample opportunities for supporters to line the route and cheer on participants as they speed towards the finish line.
