The main event is over 2 laps and there's a one lap event for under12s, under 14s, beginners and the not-so-fit! The lap is 2.45km making the main event 4.9km. TThere's a flat start of about 700m before a gradual descent, then a gradual ascent, then a downhill section just prior to the end of the lap.

Get full directionsThe Car Parking is at the Bear Inn but the course is 1km away but where there is NO PARKING....an easy, flat walk but along a narrow counrty lane.
Event day logistics
Registration is on the start and finish line from 9.30am. It is most helpful if you can download the appropriate entry form and where necessary, the Parental Consent Form from the FRA.......unless you have already completed one having competed in one of MY FELL RACES in 2107.
