Route information
This 7 hour event lets you run as many or as few laps of the 5.3k course as you can in the given time. Choose whether you want to run your first 5k, or challenge yourself to your 100th marathon. The out and back route along the flat Thames towpath provides the perfect terrain for those gunning for a PB.
Runners of all ability are welcome - as long as you complete one lap then you're a finisher and winner!

Do I have to run for the whole 7 hours at the Penguin Plod?
No! Run as much or as little as you like. As long as you complete at least one lap then you are a finisher.
Will there be medals at the Day at the Penguin Plod?
Yes! There will be a selection of awesome medals to choose from. If there is a past medal that you particularly want, email the organisers to make sure they bring it with them!
