Route information
This 3.28-mile lapped course is comprised mostly of tarmac and grassy paths which are fairly flat. To reach the marathon distance you will have to do 8 laps. Four laps for the Half Marathon.

Lap Counts
You will be given a lap counting card at registration, at the end of each lap get this punched by one of the lap punchers.
Age Requirements
Children over the age of 11 are permitted to take part in this event so long as they are accompanied by an adult at all times and do not exceed the following distances.
- Aged 11-12 can run a maximum of 5k
- Aged 13-14 can run a maximum of 6k
- Aged 15 can run a maximum of 10k
- Aged 16 can run a maximum of 15k
- Aged 17 can run a maximum of 25k
FAQs
Can I leave my own food and drinks at the aid stations at the PFJ Challenge?
Yes, all participants are welcome to bring their own supplies with them, and there will be a dedicated runners table for you to leave your things.
Is there a bag drop at the PFJ Challenge?
There will not be an official bag drop at the start/finish line, there will be someone around near the start so you can leave your bag there but the organiser cannot guarantee security.
Do I have to run the whole time at the PFJ Challenge?
No, you can stop at any time, as long as you complete one lap you are an official finisher.
Can I listen to music on the course at the PFJ Challenge?
Yes, but be aware that you are running on public footpaths so make sure to pay attention to other path users.
