Route information
The course along a beautiful stretch of the River Thames. It is fully signed so no navigational experience is required. The course is mainly well made paths and tarmac with a very short grass section. Road shoes are suitable all year round.
This is a 7hr Time Challenge event which allows you full control over the distance you want to run. The minimum distance is 5km, which is part of a full lap. A full lap is 4.37 mile course at this venue. The minimum distance will be a shorter 5km lap.

There is some limited free parking in streets near to the venue. Alternatively, there are plenty of public car parking spaces nearby. You can also often find much cheaper parking if you arrange parking online.

Final Instructions / Number pick up
Final race day instructions will be sent out via email 4-5 days prior to the event with full race day information. Number pick up is on the day at race registration before the start of the event.
Distance Pins
There will be distance pins for all runners who do a half-marathon or more. There will be a distance pin for all runners who complete either a half marathon, mega half marathon, marathon, 50km or Ultra in the 7hr time limit which can be attached to your medal ribbon.
Aid Stations
There will be a fully stocked aid station at the lap point of the course.
Special Event
If this event is a special event for you, for instance your 50th, 99th, 100th, 150th, 200th, 250th etc. marathon or half marathon then please let the organiser know. They will provide you with a great number with your name and the event date on it. Also, if it is your birthday, again let them know and they will get you a special number for your birthday!

Do I have to run for the full 7 hours at the Rocky Horror Run?
No, you can run for as much or as little as you like. As long as you complete at least 5k then you are a finisher!
Can I wear headphones at the Rocky Horror Run?
Yes, headphones are allowed at this event.
