Route information
Beat the January blues and get your 2024 racing calendar off to a flying start with this fun, friendly run along the River Thames. Beginning in the picturesque town of Walton on Thames and heading towards the historic Hampton Court Palace, runners will complete out-and-back loops along the river bank.
This is a timed event where runners can run any distance between a 5k or an ultra marathon in the allotted time by running laps of the 5.3k course.
The terrain consists of off-road trails as the route follows the riverside towpath. With little elevation, this course is flat and fast, making it ideal for a range of abilities, from those tackling their first half marathon to seasoned marathon runners.

Will I get a medal for the Doughnut Dash?
Yes - the themed medals are double-sided, magnetic and have reversible ribbons, so if you really can't decide then simply have both! As an added bonus, 2024 has all new medal/doughnut colours!

All runners must be at least 18 on the day of the event to participate.
