Route information
From 5km to 10k, half to marathon to ultra, you can complete as many, or as few, laps as you like in the 7 hours of a 5.3km, 3.28 mile, out and back, course along the beautiful river Thames.
The course is primarily towpath and is beautifully flat, making it an easy course for those taking on a new distance. As long as you complete at least one lap of the course then you are considered a finisher and winner!

The nearest train station to the start is Hersham, which has regular services to London Waterloo. To get to the race start from Hersham station, take the 564 bus to the Xcel Leisure Centre.
