Route information
From 5k to 10k, half to marathon to ultra, you can complete as many, or as few, laps as you like in the 7 hours of a 5.3k (3.28 mile) out-and-back, course along the beautiful river Thames.
The course is primarily towpath and is beautifully flat, making it an easy course for those taking on a new distance. As long as you complete at least one lap of the course, then you are considered a finisher and winner.
