Route information
Choose from a range of distances - with a 5k, 10k, half marathon, marathon and ultra marathon on offer, this event has something for every level of runner.
Complete as many, or as few, laps as of the 5.3k (3.28) mile out-and-back course along the beautiful River Thames as you like. The course is primarily towpath and is wonderfully flat, making it an easy course for those taking on a new distance.
As long as you complete at least one lap of the course then you are considered a finisher and winner.
