The Pizza Run are bringing their awesome pizza party to Birmingham this summer for a morning filled with family fun, food, and festivities.
With a 10K, 5K, & Family Mile to choose from, this is an event for runners, walkers, and pizza-lovers of all ages and abilities. The course will be a loop that 5K participants complete once, and 10K runners complete twice. The Family Mile will be run on part of the course, but more details will be communicated closer to or on the day of the event.
As you cruise across the finish line, you will be awarded with your unique pizza-themed medal that can be worn with pride as you claim your slices of cheesy goodness at the Pizza Station by presenting your wristband.
Relax in the sun post-race with your pizza, or jive to the feel-good summer tunes played by the resident Pizza Run DJ.

Event day logistics
Schedule:
10:00: Race Village and Registration Opens
11:20: Disco Warmup
11:30: 10K Starts, followed by the 5K shortly after, and the Family Mile will begin just after the 5K.
An email with everything you need to know will be sent you 3-5 days before the event. Please remember to bring your ticket with you (hard or e-copy), as this will be required to gain entry to the event and receive your race materials.
Please arrive at least 45 minutes before race time to ensure plenty of time for parking, registration and attending the Disco Warmup.
Spectator Info
Spectators are more than welcome to enjoy the festivities and feel-good tunes on the day.
FAQs
Who can participate in the Pizza Run?
The event is open to all ages and abilities, however, those under 16 must be accompanied at the event by an adult and those under 9 must run with a paying adult guardian. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to take the course at their own pace and have fun.
Do I have to eat the pizza at the Pizza Run?
No, eating pizza is a totally optional part of the run.
Will there be a bag drop available at the Pizza Run?
Yes, there will be a bag drop area to put your items, however, it is not guaranteed that these items will be secure so please leave all valuables at home.
Does the Pizza Run cater for food allergies or intolerances?
Unfortunately no, as all the pizzas currently contain cheese and gluten. The organiser is working to include both in the future, however, the suppliers are not quite ready for this yet.
