Head down to the coast and run around the lovely city of Plymouth. This 10k has a bit of everything and is the a great race for all abilities. With the introduction of the 5k for the younger runners this is now the perfect family day out. Go earn yourself a unique medal and finisher's t-shirt.

THE COURSE

Plymouth 10K holds an undulating course, suitable for runners of all abilities. Starting in the city centre, you'll head out towards Marsh Mills along the embankment and back whilst taking advantage of closed roads and great scenery.

COURSE CUT-OFF TIME

For the Plymouth 10k there is a cut off time of 90minutes. If you are still on the course you will either be moved to the pavement or instructed to leave the race. We have strict periods of road closures we have to adhere to.

RETIRING

A runner must retire immediately if ordered to do so by a medical officer of the race.

I volunteered to be a pacer and ran as the 60 minute pacer. The event was well organised and used the guikdhall as a central hub again. The route is reasonably flat for Plymouth. Very enjoyable.
