Route description
Route description

The MoRun events proudly support Movember, the only charity tackling men's health on a global scale, year round.

Runners will take on 1 lap for the 5k route, and 2 laps for the 10k. Previous event results can be seen here.

Upton Park is a stunning location for this scenic MoRun. This is a mostly off-road route with muddy sections, so it is advised that you wear trail running shoes. The undulating course has some paths between the muddy sections. It is suitable for buggy running but not for wheelchair users. There will be marshals on the course, and markers for each kilometre.
