Route information
The 5k route is a scenic, fast and flat course which starts and finishes in Poole Park.
Due to the confines of the course, the event is not suitable for wheelchairs, pushchairs or buggies etc and please – no dogs. Athletes must not be accompanied or followed by others on cycles.

Saturday 1st June
2:00 pm – Event site opens & admin marquee opens for number collection.
4:30 pm – 6/7 year old minithon
4:45 pm – 8/9 year old minithon
5:00 pm – 10/11 year old minithon
5:15 pm – 12/14 year old minithon
5:20 pm – under 6 parent & child minithon
6:30 pm – 5K Start
7.00 pm – Admin marquee closes
Sunday 2nd June
