The Pop-up Running Adventures are very safe as you will be guided by a professional athlete, provided with a head torch on the night runs and also no one will ever be left behind.

Do I have to be a fast runner to attend Pop-up Running Adventures?
No, these are inclusive team events catering for most abilities. As long as you can run 10-11 min/mile (6-7 min/km) pace you are welcome to come along and first timers are always encouraged.
