Route information
With static and inflatable obstacles this course is a whole lot of fun but a serious workout too. This will be the ultimate test in physical and mental fitness. As you make your way through the course, the obstacles will get progressively harder. The 5k course will be one lap of the perimeter road and the 10k course is two laps.
There'll be marks along the way for each kilometre you pass and a drinks station at the halfway point.

Is the Poppy Assault 10k course different to the 5k course?
No. Both races follow the same route, the 5k being one lap and the 10k two laps.
