Route information
Both the 5 mile and 10 mile courses will be set in the stunning grounds of Powderham Castle private estate in Exeter. The route will take runners through the well preserved grounds, over mixed terrain including formal paths through lawns and the trails in the deer park.
There will be some breath-taking views to treat runners as they make their way round this 5 or 10 mile route.

The closest rail station is Starcross, it is about 2 miles or a 30 minute walk from Powderham Castle.
The number 2 Stagecoach bus from Exeter/Newton Abbot stops right in front of the drive to the castle.
By Car
Powderham Castle is easily accessible from junction 30 on the M5 and proceeding towards Exeter joining the A379. You should then see signs for Powderham Castle.

Please arrive at leas 45 minutes before the race starts to leave enough time to register and warm up.
Age Requirements
All runner must be at least 15 years old to take part in this event.
Bag Drop
There will be an area at race HQ for you to leave bags whilst you run. Please bear in mind that all items are left at their own risk.
Toilets
There'll be toilets available throughout the event. There will not be any changing or shower facilities on site.
First Aid
There will be first aid care for this event, provided by First Care Ambulance.
