Route information
This is a lapped course, with participants completing 3 laps across the tarmac and hard gravel paths within the park. This looped nature of the route allows participants to fully engage in their surroundings and appreciate the immensity of the games.
During the race, runners will have the opportunity to pass by London Olympic Stadium, the home of Mo Farah's heroics as well the Lee Valley VeloPark and the ArcelorMittal Orbit.
*Please always be vigilant of other runners, spectators, dogs, cyclists and other users of public footpaths and rights of way.

By Train
Hackney Wick station is approx a 20-minute walk to the venue.
Parking
There is parking available at the Stratford multi-storey or the Westfield Stratford City car park both of which are around a 15-minute walk to The Last Drop.
By Bike
There are cycle stands near the base of the ArcelorMittal Orbit as well as a Santander Cycles docking station at The Last Drop.

Participants will be started approximately 15-seconds apart, with a recommended 15-minute arrival window which will be communicated to participants prior to race day.
