Run North West is delighted to present the return of the extremely popular Quarry Bank Trail Race around one of Britain's greatest industrial heritage sites. Quarry Bank, now cared for by the National Trust is the site of one of the best-preserved textile mills of the industrial revolution and tells the complete story of an early Industrial Revolution community. We’re excited to run around the estate surrounding the picturesque 18th century mill just five minutes away from Wilmslow town centre and supported by Wilmslow Striders.

Discover hidden trails and woodland paths on our special route, contrasting with spectacular views of Manchester Airport as the route passes the runway. Consisting of trail, grass, steps, tarmac and gravel the route is perfect for first time runners and experienced off-roaders. The route is approximately 4.5-miles long and consists of undulating terrain.
