Route information
The route takes in the great famous Aintree Racecourse, with the route on both paths and grass. The 10K is a double lap. It's a great day, and a fantastic chance to see the Racecourse close up.
The course is suitable for wheelchair users, with assistance. This is due to part of the course being on quite a soft surface.

The nearest train station is just across the road, less than a 5 minute walk away.
Event day logistics
The start line is in the centre of the Racecourse. On arrival signage and stewards will guide the way.

This a great family day out so why not bring your friends and family along to support you and enjoy the atmosphere. As well as activities on stage there will be stalls providing entertainment and refreshments to enjoy.
