The Race For Life in Bradford takes a route around Lister Park and past Cartwright Hall, following the paths and roads within the park. The course has a few inclines and hills and has an amazing all-around atmosphere.

Terrain: Park Paths, with one 50m section across the grass
The 3k & 5k are both single laps around Lister Park, and the 10k performs the same loop as the 5k twice. Most of the race will take place on Undulating park paths, with one grass section for about 50m, and one major uphill section for about 200m.
