Fantastic event! Very well organised, course clearly laid out in addition to having marshals along the route, and extremely supportive participants (everyone was praising people when crossing back for another loop). Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

I was very apprehensive about managing 15k as this is beyond my comfort zone. Mike was very supportive and reduced my stress levels by emphasising the importance of enjoying the run. I felt under no pressure and managed the third lap, admittedly walking quite bit of it.

Flattish course, a hidden rise towards the end of the loop. Road shoes were perfect as it was bone dry. Waiting a while for the presentations at the end. But great fun atmosphere not too serious. Lots of people enjoying a low key race.

Well, for a 60 year old , with a metal hip, who fell over a branch and got a black eye! Running with my son half my age and coming in 5 minutes ahead of him was brilliant. I thought the staff were really friendly and place was a lovely place for a clear the head run. Little did I know I would see stars momentarily 1 mile in !!!! Thanks it was great!
