Route information
Take on a 5.25-mile loop, this will be on wide tarmac bike paths, which will be fairly flat (200' per lap). The route is on the 177 Cycle Route, where there will be turnaround signs at each end. This 6-hour event will be great for all looking to step up their distance.
To do a half marathon it will be 2.5 laps and to do a marathon it will be 5 laps.

There are two car parks at the Cyclopark. Please park at the overflow parking area, please park there. Please note it is Pay and Display no matter where you are parked.

Lap Counts
You will be given a lap counting card at registration, at the end of each lap get this punched by one of the lap punchers.
Age Requirements
Children over the age of 11 are permitted to take part in this event so long as they are accompanied by an adult at all times and do not exceed the following distances.
- Aged 11-12 can run a maximum of 5k
- Aged 13-14 can run a maximum of 6k
- Aged 15 can run a maximum of 10k
- Aged 16 can run a maximum of 15k
- Aged 17 can run a maximum of 25k

Do I have to run the whole time at the RAF100?
No, you can stop at any time, as long as you complete one lap you are an official finisher.
Is there a bag drop at the RAF100?
There will not be an official bag drop at the start/finish line, there will be someone around near the start so you can leave your bag there but the organiser cannot guarantee security. You can also leave your belongings in your car if you wish as the race HQ will be right at each lap mark.
Can I leave my own food and drinks at the aid stations at the RAF100?
Yes, all participants are welcome to bring their own supplies with them, and there will be a dedicated runners table for you to leave your things.
Can I listen to music on the course at the RAF100?
Yes, but be aware that you are running on public footpaths so make sure to pay attention to other path users.
