Route information
This fun and exciting day of obstacle racing has 3 distances on offer. There is a Kids 1 Mile Obstacle Race, and a 5k and a 10k for adults. It doesn't matter if this is your first or your 50th obstacle race, it is suitable for all levels of fitness and experience. There is even an option to take on the event as a team of 3!
After the success of the 2019 event, Pembrey Park is once again the venue and with it's beautiful surroundings it is the perfect spot for a cracking obstacle course race. There will be wonderful attractions during the day including archery tag, giant sumo suits and a DJ.
The adults races will be run on a handicap basis. You won't be allowed to wear a timing device, you will enter your predicted finish time when you enter and whoever is the closest to their time wins!

Age Restrictions
The Kids Race is for children ages 6 - 12. Children between the aged of 6 and 9 must be accompanied by an adult.
Red Warrior Events
All races are within the beautiful scenery/greenery of Pembrey Country Park and the surrounding woodland and beach, no public highways are used.
