Route information
This 10k at Regent's Park offers a whole host of attractions to keep all runners entertained throughout the race. Whether it be, taking in the great boating lake scenery, or seeing if you can spot exotic wildlife as you pass the London Zoo there will be something for everyone. All entrants must complete 3 laps in order to cover the 10k distance. The course is largely flat with one gentle incline, the route is tarmac making it perfect for any roadrunner.

There will be limited parking available at the Outer Circle, outside the park. Parking for this is pay and display. It will be open from 9:00am.
By Foot
The Race HQ is located at the South end of the park, close to St John's Lodge Gardens. The closest entrances are Monkey Gate opposite Primrose Hill.
By Public Transport
There are a number of local buses that call at Regent's Park. The nearest tube station is Baker Street.

Registration
Registration will be located at Cumberland Green and it will be signposted.
Race Packs
Entrants who have entered in good time will have their race packs sent in the post 10 days before event day.
Those who have entered in the 10 days before race day will collect their race pack at registration on the day of the event.
If your race pack hasn’t arrived, head to the registration desk at race HQ and you can be issued with a new one.
A full set of race instructions will be sent via email before the event.
Age requirements
All entrants must be 15 years or older to participate in the 10k event.
Headphones
Headphones are permitted but it is requested that participants keep them to a low volume so they can hear marshals instructions.
Prizes
There will be prizes for the top men and women, and the leading veteran categories and teams.
Toilets
Toilets are located on the Broadwalk, approximately 200 metres from the start line.
