Regent’s Park 5K & 10K - August route

This event takes place in the ever popular Regent's Park in the heart of London.

The undulating course consists of 3-laps on tarmac or hard gravel pathway. In the past runners have been fortunate enough to see giraffes, camels and the odd big cat as they run past the Zoo. Other highlights include the Boating Lake, floral gardens and centuries-old statues.

This course is appropriate for all levels of runners but please always be vigilant of other runners, spectators, dogs, cyclists and other users of public footpaths and rights of way.

The only thing that made it a slightly less than great day was the rain which you can’t control. Was a good day regardless

Very well organized, volunteers were very helpful the only thing we couldn't control was the weather, but everyone were really good sports about it!

Well organised friendly stewards. Fairly level course good for pb. Only down side long queues for toilets especially as runners not allowed to use changing facilities so were changing in toilets.

This is a lovely race - very well organised, race pack collection and bag drop super easy, facilities good and the course is nice (if a little boring, but that's Regents Park for you isn't it). It's nice to see the tiger and camels looking over as well

Good well organised event (and have run it a few times). I liked the change in course to avoid the "hill" which made it flat & fast. Slight criticism was that the baggage drop was a little chaotic with the marshals allowing runners into the area to simply grab their own bag. Not great for security and especially given previous events where the marshals were so organised that they spotted you walking up & had your bag ready to go.
